Today. I spent the day baking. Yummy christmas treats. I hope santa is hungry!

Tonight we celebrated christmas with my family. We had a great time.

Today. I brought home a chair that I got from work. Both girls loved it and kept fighting about who would sit in it.

Today. They wrote letters to santa. Lauren asked for a barbie doctor, and kaylie asked for a leapfrog violet dog.

Today is polar express day at preschool. They get to wear their PJ's, read the polar express book and drink hot chocolate.

Today we made cookies for lauren and kaylie's teachers. Then kona at them. So we made some more.

She loves to help unload the dishwasher. She's pretty good at it too.

Today kaylie said donut. So she got a big chocolate one for breakfast.

Today. We started putting out our xmas decorations. I got everything out and then I got the stockings out of the box. And then I just lost it. My stocking was from when I was little. My mom wanted to get scott one made the first year we were married. Then when we had lauren my mom had one made for her. For kaylie's 1st xmas my mom was too sick to order one, but I knew she wanted one and I promised her I would have it made. We had been looking for family stockings and each year just couldn't find the right ones. Then after this last xmas my dad gave them to us to have at our house. The memory of my mom and our christmas's is with me everytime I look at them. But it's harder than anything to see them in my house and not to be able to go to her house to see them. But this is a very special part of my mom that I now have. Along with the angel that she always put on her tree that will be on my tree this year.

Today. Lauren wanted to color with me. She's getting pretty good at it.

Happy Thanksgiving. We had a great day with my husbands family and my brother. We had a great thanksgiving with our family. We had a relaxing fun day. I love this picture of lauren and her uncle sam.

Today. Lauren and kaylie had their thanksgiving feast at school. They were both dressed as indians. I love that they go to the same school and had their feast together. It was so cute seeing all the kids dressed as pilgrims and indians.

I talk to my mom every.single.day. But I also think it's helps to go to the cemetary to talk to her. Today lauren wanted to go. We go there and lauren told nana all about what she has been doing lately. And then she said Nana I'm so lucky because you are always with me and I can talk to you whenever I want. So very happy and sad all at the same time.
